What happens if i have a problem with a Supra product?
The warranty we offer, as distributors of Supra, is simple:
cable is faulty, either immediately after purchase or at some time in the future,
please let us know and give us the opportunity to fix it.
While we cannot offer a completely "unlimited" warranty (which takes
account of your dog eating the cable for it's lunch, or your wife scything through
the cable with the hoover), we will do our best to ensure that, where it may be
a manufacturing fault, that we'll do our best to get you sorted quickly.

or by phone.
By talking to us first, we can establish the best course of action and hopefully
resolve your enquiry with the minimum amount of fuss and inconvenience.
