What happens if i have a problem with a Supra product?


Warranty information:
The warranty we offer, as distributors of Supra, is simple:

If the cable is faulty, either immediately after purchase or at some time in the future, please let us know and give us the opportunity to fix it.


While we cannot offer a completely "unlimited" warranty (which takes account of your dog eating the cable for it's lunch, or your wife scything through the cable with the hoover), we will do our best to ensure that, where it may be a manufacturing fault, that we'll do our best to get you sorted quickly.
