Supra LoRad Connectors

A range of mains connectors are available - all feature gold-plated contacts to ensure minimum contact degradation over time:

Suitable for UK and other markets that use the same connector, such as Republic of Ireland, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malta, Cyprus etc.

UPGRADES now available:

The mains fuse fitted inside the Supra UK mains plug is a standard 13 Amp mains fuse.

But as from December 2020, we can now offer some upgrades to these fuses, which can improve the sound quality of these cables, especially when used in a well-balanced, high resolution system.

Option 1:
We can fit a Bussman Gold-plated end-cap 13 Amp UK mains fuse, instead of the original.

Option 2:
We can fit a HiFi Tuning Gold 2 UK mains fuse of either 10 Amp or 13 Amp rating.

Option 3:
We can fit a HiFi Tuning Supreme 3 UK mains fuse of 13 Amp rating.

Please consult one of our UK resellers to specify this upgrade option at the time of purchase.


We now have available a range of Supra designed IEC, EU and US mains connectors for other markets.

These 5 new connectors, which are available now, are:

SWF-10S - 10 Amp IEC320 connector
SWF-16 - 16 Amp High Current IEC320 connector
SW-EU - Schuko connector
SW-EU RT - Right angled Schuko connector
SW-US - US NEMA connector



Top left is the SWF-10 10Amp IEC connector, and to the right is the Supra SW-EU Schuko connector, designed for European markets. A Right-Angled Schuko is now available too.

Similar in design to the SWF-10 is the new SWF-16, rated at 16 Amps.

All five have been designed specifically for use with Supra LoRad 1.5 and LoRad 2.5 cables.

Please note: The older type IEC connector (in Grey and Ice Blue colour) are no longer available.


Likewise, the MCH-10 Chassis mount IEC connector - featuring 4 clips to locate into position on a chassis is now discontinued.
